WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)

Order processing time take around 2-4 business days before shipment.

For digital products processing time is 2-4 business days.

You get your orders in high speed and you are able to track your order anytime and anywhere in your order dashboard. Additionally, we send a mail with a parcel notification so you can see how long your delivery will take. 

We can’t control delays caused by the weather or the postal service.  If the maximum number of business days has passed and your package is missing, please reach out to us, and we will assist you the best way we can!  

Please note that deliveries are an estimation and that it may take longer than this depending on where you live or if it's a busy time of the year.

Shipping times are depending on the product and the destination country.  

SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

If you have not received your shipment within 14 business days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package maybe withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.
